Shipping Questions:


How and where do you ship?
We ship via UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. We will ship anywhere in the world as long the customer is willing to pay the shipping charges. Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 US States. All items shipped outside the lower 48 states must go either USPS or UPS and additional shipping fees may apply. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. 
Please email us for a shipping quote if you are interested in a certain product.
We are not responsible for any additional fees your country may charge you upon delivery.

Can I ship my item to a different address? 
Yes we can ship to a different address but we will need the actual billing address that is attached to your credit card. The reason for this, is because it helps prevent credit card fraud. This is for your safety and ours. We will ship truck freight items to a different address but you must call us first and confirm the address and your relationship with the address.
We can and will refuse to ship to any address we don't feel comfortable shipping to.

Can I pick an item up from your store?
Yes you can just call us first and make sure we have it. All customers in state or out of state are subject to 7% sales tax when picking up an item.

What happens if my item is lost or damaged in shipping?
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If this does occur please let us know within 48 hours, so we can get a claim started. We will ship out a replacement once the shipping company claims the damaged item.

Order Questions:

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Most orders placed are received by the customer within 5-7 business days. Items that are truck freighted usually take 7-10 business days for delivery. The only time any order may take longer, is in the event of a backorder on a product, or an item is lost or delayed in shipping.

Is my personal/credit card information safe with your website?
Yes all of our customers personal information is completely secure. Our shopping cart is certified with Verisign 128-bit SSL encryption for safety. We do not share our customers information with any other companies.

Can I track my order?

Dicksautoparts.com ships from multiple warehouses all across the country, and ships direct from 500+ manufacturers direct to you. This saves our customers time and money, but because we ship from so many different locations we aren't always able to provide customers with a tracking number right away. Most of the time customers receive their order before we are able to get them their tracking number.

Will there be sales tax on my order?
7% sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered to Indiana. If you are an out of state customer or in state customer and would like to pick up an item 7% sales tax will be applied the order regardless.

Returns/Exchanges & Cancellations


Can I cancel my order?
We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible, it may not be possible to cancel your order before its processed. To inquire about your order please call: 1-800-248-3425 or 574-825-7424.

Product Warranties:
We don't determine manufacturers warranties and product defects. Items with defects that are still under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer with the exception of some product lines that need to be returned to us.
Manufacturer warranties are for exchange of the item only. No refunds will be given. If you have an item that might be defective please email us and we will help you with contacting the manufacturer. All shipping charges to and from the manufacturer are paid by the customer.

How can I be sure what parts fit my vehicle?
We double check every order to ensure it is correct before shipping. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they are choosing the correct item for their vehicle application. If you have any questions about which part fits your vehicle then please give us a call and our expert sales team will assist you.

I know the part # of the item or the manufacturer? How can I order it?
If you know the part # or manufacturer of the part you are looking for then please call our sales team and they will help you place the order. (Note: If the customer provides the part # of an item, they are responsible for making sure that the item is for the correct application for their vehicle.)

Is the information listed on your website 100% accurate?
Although we check our information carefully before adding a product to our website, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors. In some cases due to errors by the manufacturers, some images may not exactly reflect the product being sold.
