Shipping Information

How do we ship?
We ship most items standard UPS Ground service, but we also use Fed Ex
and USPS.
If you need an item shipped 2nd Day or Next Day Air please contact us for a
shipping price.

Standard Ground Shipping:
UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground usually takes 5-7 business days at the most
for you to receive your package. Unless the item is not in stock and in that case we will contact you first.
USPS or Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping Fees: 

Shipping in the Lower 48 States in the US is FREE! Shipping outside the US is available please contact us. With the exception of Truck Freight items there will be an addtional $100 charge to a residence. This is not our charge this is the trucking companies charge due to having to change to smaller trucks or hand it off to smaller trucking companies.

Truck Freight Shipping:
Dicksautoparts.com will make every effort possible to list what items
must be truck freighted on the product page. Dicksautoparts.com reserves the right to adjust the shipping charges on any order accordingly. If this does occur the customer will be notified by a sales resprestentive before the order is processed. Truck Freight items will only ship to a business address, business addresses do not include farms or construction sites. If you must ship a truck freight item to a residence address you will be charged an addtional $100. This is not our charge this is the trucking companies charge due to having to change to smaller trucks or hand it off to smaller trucking companies.
Items being truck freighted may take 7-14 business days before being
delivered. When shipping an item via truck freight, we must have the address and name of business being shipped to and a phone number incase the trucking company needs to contact you.

Shipments:
Some products may be "special ordered" or "backordered" items, which
means it will ship directly from the manufacturer as soon as possible. We will try to let you know by contacting you first and letting you know if this is the case before we charge you and ship it out.

Shipment Tracking:
DicksAutoParts.com will get your order shipped out in the fastest and most secure way possible. Please keep in mind that we do use different distribution warehouses across the country to ensure that you have your parts as quick as possible.

Tracking numbers may not be available for every order, since some parts are not shipped directly by DicksAutoParts.com Most tracking numbers are available between 1-3 days after the order has been placed.

Damaged or Lost Products:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that may occur
during shipping. If this does occur please contact us so we can start a damage claim. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item because many shipping companies will not allow us to make a claim after that time. Please keep all packaging materials in order to support your shipping damage claim. Dicksautoparts.com will glady re-ship your part to you but it may take 7-14 business days because we must get the claim approved before we can re-ship the product. If your product is lost in shipping, please contact us so we can file a claim. Lost items may take 7-21 business days before we can reship your product back out to you.

APO/FPO Shipments:
We do offer shipping to APOs but only on small items. Please email us
to see if we can ship a product you are interested in to you.

Non-Responsibility:
Dicksautoparts.com can not be held responsible for any reason that UPS,
Fed Ex or USPS is not able to deliver your package. (ie: bad wheather, broken down vehicle, etc.) We are responsible to help you the customer track your order and get you the right products to the right people. If you allow us to replace a returned item there will be no handling charges. If you choose to go another route there will be a handling & shipping charges.
