Online Orders:
At DAP we offer a simple and easy online ordering system. We offer thousands of parts for online purchases and even more over the telephone. To place your order online, navigate to dicksautoparts.com and find the products you would like to purchase. Press the "Add to Cart" button for the product. The product will be added to your shopping cart. You may continue to shop by pressing "Keep Shopping" or check out by pressing "Checkout." After pressing "Checkout" you will be asked to either create a new account or use quick checkout. Then fill out your billing and shipping address and contact information. Once completed you will be sent an order confirmation to the email address your provided. Shipping is FREE In the Lower 48 US States on ALL ITEMS!! (With the Exeception of Truck Freight items. See Shipping Info Page!)
Phone Orders:
If you would like to order by phone, please use our toll free number 1-800-248-3425, this number may not work in some areas of the country and you may have to dial our normal number 574-825-7424. Our automotive experts are available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. Feel free to call if you have any questions on an item or if you would just rather talk to someone to make sure you are getting the right part for your vehicle.

If you don't have a credit card or feel comfortable using your credit card online then you can mail in the payment for your order. If you mail in a money order or bank certified check, then your order will ship out as soon as we receive your payment. When mailing in a order please print out the order confirmation and items you are paying for. Also include name, address, and phone number.
If you mail a personal check, then you will have to wait for the check to clear and your order will be shipped within 21 business days. When mailing in an order please print out the order confirmation and items you are paying for. Also include name, address, and phone number. We can not ship to a P.O. Box so please have a shipping address enclosed with payment.

Product Availability:
In most cases, products ordered from DicksAutoParts.com will ship within 24-48 hours. (Excluding weekends and holidays.) Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to arrive. Items that need to be truck freighted ship within 1-3 business days. Freighted items please allow 7-10 business days for arrival. Some items may no longer be available either by us or by the manufacturer and we apologize for the inconvenience. If this does happen you will not be charged.
Shipment Tracking:
DicksAutoParts.com will get your order shipped out in the fastest and most secure way possible. Please keep in mind that we do use different distribution warehouses across the country to ensure that you have your parts as quick as possible.
Tracking numbers may not be available for every order, since some parts are not shipped directly by DicksAutoParts.com Most tracking numbers are available between 1-3 days after the order has been placed.
Products & Pricing:
While we continually make every effort to reflect current prices and inventory status, occasionally prices and inventory will differ from those listed on our website. DicksAutoParts.com reserves the right to change prices at anytime and to inform the customer of the price change before charging your credit card or proceeding with the order. If the price of a part on your order has changed, we will inform via phone or email and request permission for the price change to be charged. At that time you will also have the option of canceling the part or switching to a different one.
DicksAutoParts.com is not responsible for part numbers/descriptions that are changed or superceded by the manufacturer. We try to keep the information listed on our website up to date, but occasionally a part will be changed/superceded/discontinued without our knowledge. Our product descriptions are taken directly from the manufacturer's catalogs and websites. We are only able to provide the description that the manufacturer has supplied us with, and we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in these descriptions. In some occurrences the images displayed on a product page may not reflect the exact part being ordered.
