These are new takeoffs and could have some minor scuffs on them from handling, and usually the centers will!
Tire pressure sensors are NOT in the tires and not included. They do have a cut out on the front center caps for the 4WD Hubs.
These are mounted and balanced and ready to be bolted on your Truck!
